After your discovery call, you'll complete a detailed intake form covering your goals, training history, work schedule, physical considerations, and lifestyle non-negotiables. From there, Les builds your fully custom program. You'll receive ongoing check-ins, form feedback, and program adjustments throughout the coaching period.

Programs are structured over 12 weeks depending on your schedule and goals. Results vary, but most clients see meaningful physical changes by week 4–6 when following the plan consistently.

Coaching investment is discussed on your discovery call — it depends on the scope of your program and coaching needs. What we can tell you: this is premium, personalized coaching, not a $20/month app. If you're serious about results and ready to invest in your body, book a call and we'll find the right fit.

Programs are built around whatever you have access to — gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. You'll tell us what's available during intake and the program is designed accordingly. No equipment requirement to apply.
